Cucina
Viscontini is a family owned and operated business. Roberto,
Rita, Vanessa and Valerio (Val) have collectively been in
the restaurant and hospitality industry for over 25 years
and are well respected for their amazing dishes, fantastic
service and family values.

Roberto
otherwise known as Papa, Roberto is a constant reminder
of old fashioned yet wonderful Italian values and charm.
Roberto is always available to offer his expert advice to
help you choose that additional something to impress. Having
been the owner and founder of two popular Sydney restaurants,
his expertise in both fine foods and wines will help you decide
what to take home to make your own delightful dishes, and
the wines to accompany them.
Rita
learnt to cook as a young girl in Italy and continues to do
so at Cucina's, alongside Chef, Alex Borelli. She makes all
major menu decisions as well as baking the many scrumptious
and tantalising sweets you can enjoy with your coffee, or
take home for a treat.
Vanessa
is well known to the young locals and professionals as being
the energy in the cafe. Alongside her brother Val, she bustles
around the busy cafe making sure that all patrons are content
and to see to all their needs. You'll often also find Vanessa
putting her creativity into action making the beautiful gift
and corporate baskets for any occasion.
Valerio
(Val) makes the most mouth watering, smooth,
full flavoured coffee in the Inner West! A perfectionist in
this art, patrons will rarely stop at just one coffee. If
he is not behind the bar, you will see Val checking on patrons
or giving the little ones some colouring pencils and activity
books to keep them entertained.
